    Fajita (Choose your main)

Fajitas are a dish where grilled meat and vegetables are wrapped in tortillas and enjoyed freely. Originally from Mexico, they are highly popular in America for casual dining and sports-viewing.

Both options are marinated with our original spice blend and gently cooked using steam and heat to ensure tender juiciness.

    A: Hanging Tender – ¥2,200 (tax excluded)

  • Fajita Story

What impressed me during my time in America was the freedom to enjoy sports and food together.

Watching the game, grabbing a bite, chatting and laughing—it all felt effortless, yet so complete.

At the heart of it sat bold Tex-Mex cuisine: no fuss, just flavours you wrap and enjoy.

It struck me that this experience should be shared in Japan.

Rather than replicating the exact flavours and methods, we chose to rebuild it for Japanese taste and sensibility.

We adjusted the tortilla and salsa for familiarity—

    our whole-wheat tortillas now carry a light, nutty fragrance;

our salsa brings fresh tomato zest and herbs, finished with a squeeze of lime for brightness.

We refined the fajita spices to suit Japanese dining—

less aggressive heat, more fragrance, more harmony.

In America the norm is to sauté meat and vegetables together.

Here instead we grill the vegetables separately, unlocking their natural sweetness and aroma, and creating a rich contrast when paired with the meat.

Our chicken and hanging tender are slow-roasted in an oven rather than a hotplate, using no excess oil and preserving every ounce of flavour.

Because of this care and craftsmanship, we offer a limited number of plates per day.

No shortcuts. Each plate is crafted with care.

Enjoy the meat as is, wrap it in the tortilla lightly, or mix it with your chosen sides.

This is a fajita plate built for your style.

A dish born from the joy of eating while watching sport in America, now delivered in a way that respects Japanese taste and rhythm.

Please enjoy at your own pace.
